Growing up, all year I would be so excited to go to summer camp. It was just a week, but I loved unplugging from the stress of day-to-day life and feeling like I was with friends who understood me. I was able to learn about and try new things. When the week was over, I always felt empowered to take on the next school year.

Now, as an adult, I am a busy photographer. If you're reading this, then you likely are too! As photographers, we work endlessly and care about catering to others' needs (all about that client experience!). However, over the years, I have found that I often crave the same thing as when I was a kid longing for summer camp. I innately want to feel known, loved, and empowered for what comes next. I want to feel like I have space to be creative just for myself.

That's why I launched Photo Camp — to provide a space for photographers to feel rested and nurtured in a fun environment that fuels creativity, community, and coaching. And as they leave, I hope they’d feel ready to conquer whatever is next in their photography journey!
