Cohort Terms & Conditions

By joining this cohort, you agree to the following terms and expectations set by Alex Blake Education / Alex Blake Photography LLC.

Cohort Overview

This cohort is a monthly mentorship and discussion based community designed to encourage growth, creativity, and conversation for photographers. Each cohort includes one live group call per month led by the assigned Cohort Leader.Active members may also be invited into optional community group chats connected to their cohort.

Payment & Billing

Membership is $35 per month and will automatically renew each month unless canceled.By joining, you authorize recurring monthly payments through the selected payment method.Payments are non-refundable once charged, including missed calls or unused participation.

Commitment

This cohort is designed as a 6 month experience with recurring monthly billing of $35/month. Access to live calls, community spaces, recordings, and any cohort materials is active only while membership payments remain active.If you choose to cancel, your access to the cohort will end at the close of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.Canceled members will lose access to future calls, group chats, recordings, and cohort materials after their billing period ends.

Live Calls

Calls will take place monthly on the dates communicated in advance.Please understand that occasional scheduling adjustments may happen due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, the session may be rescheduled, adjusted, or led by a substitute Cohort Leader at the discretion of Alex Blake Education and the contracted Cohort Leaders.Members are responsible for attending live sessions at the scheduled times.Calls may occasionally be recorded and shared privately with active cohort members, but recordings are not guaranteed for every session.

This cohort is meant to be a positive, encouraging, and respectful environment.By participating, you agree to:Treat other members with kindness and professionalismRespect differing experiences and opinionsAvoid harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behaviorKeep private conversations shared within the group confidential and respectfulAlex Blake Education reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the group experience. No refunds will be issued if removal occurs due to violation of these expectations.

Recordings & Content

By participating, you understand your voice, image, or comments may appear in recordings shared privately with cohort members.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before your next billing date to avoid future charges.No refunds will be provided for payments already processed.
